Hello, I am so pleased that you have found my website, you are very welcome.
I am an author, educator, inspirational (others’ words!!) speaker, Bible expositor and workshop facilitator.
My unique story began when, as an energetic teenager enjoying school, athletics and playing several musical instruments, I was diagnosed with a neurological condition called Neurofibromatosis Type 2 (NF2). [Since renamed as NF2 related Schwannomatosis.]
My world was turned upside down, and the intervening years have been a bit of a roller coaster as I have learned to navigate life as a deafened person; I’ve battled multiple surgeries, written a dozen books, spoken at many events, both large and small and, through it all, found deep comfort in a God who loves me.
